After seeing the image of 11 vehicles parked anywhere they could find, residents of Anaheim were all in agreement that this image must have been taken on street sweeping day. Some were also left puzzled that a single house had 10 cars and one boat, although they were impressively parked considering there was only enough space for 4 vehicles on the actual driveway.

This is understandable, since the fine for leaving your car parked on the street is $65. As there are 10 cars, this could have quickly added up to a large bill. However, this is not the highest in the United States, but nobody wants to get fined for not taking 2 minutes to move their vehicle.
