According to numerous claims on social media, Lucky Bamboo China Bistro is set to close imminently. The eatery, located at Charlotte Pike has been operating out of the same location since 2013. However, it looks as though its time there may be coming to an end.

News of the possible closure was first speculated on Reddit. Here, one user asked the question whether it was closing, alongside a screenshot from Facebook. This conversation read: “When did Lucky Bamboo announce they were closing down? They told us privately when we at there last week.”

This prompted another user to confirm this claim who added: “I Talked to the owner. The lease is expiring in 4 months. K&S is indeed moving in with a Korean BBQ joint. The owner is looking to move the restaurant somewhere else local after the lease ends.”

It should be noted that at this point, Lucky Bamboo has not confirmed anything in writing. With this said, at this stage, these rumors should still be treated as speculation. Nonetheless, if true then it doesn’t bode well as this restaurant has been very popular during its 10-year run.

The menu features a wide variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including hot pot, noodles, stir-fries, and dumplings, all made with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
