A fresh social hotspot is on the horizon for Bossier City, promising an electrifying entertainment experience courtesy of Sweet Caroline’s Dueling Piano Bar. Managing partners DJ Roman and Keith Haley made the exciting announcement on Monday afternoon, revealing that Sweet Caroline’s is poised to make its grand entrance sometime between late October and early November.

Another indicator that things are progressing along nicely is their desire to bring in new staff. Just a couple of days ago, they also announced that they were hiring staff on their Facebook page. Here, their post read: ‘Calling all musicians, bartenders, wait staff and host staff…APPLY NOW! Great personalities and a documented track-record of exceptional customer service is a must!’ Applicants can apply here.

This piano bar will find its home at the Louisiana Boardwalk, conveniently situated just a stone’s throw away from the Regal Theatre. It aims to offer a unique musical showdown that is unparalleled in the Shreveport-Bossier region.

Overall, it will be nice to see a new musical venue in Shreveport. This is because the city has a rich musical history with artists such as Huddie “Lead Belly” Ledbetter, a legendary folk and blues musician known for songs like “Goodnight Irene” and “The Midnight Special.” Hank Williams Jr., the son of country music icon Hank Williams, was born in Shreveport.
